Web Access through Messier-Dowty.com - registration is open !!
In October 2008, Messier-Dowty launched a new web access tool in support of spares enquiries and spares order tracking. This is available to all customers and you can register today online at Messier-Dowty.com (the SERVICES section will guide you to the spares portal.
This is an exciting and new development designed in its primary stage to provide :
- price enquiry
- price catalogue download
- stock availability
- spares order tracking from order receipt to shipment
- order input
Where order volume justifies, Messier-Dowty supports the use of Spec2000 or EDI.
The next developments will include online input of Repair Concessions, and technical forums.
